Features & Enhancements 

January

2022-01

  • Analysis Entities are supported in Fixed Assets. Items and Projects in the same way as in Documents.

  • Excel Add-In now has a limited support of multiple instances if login credentials are the same. Use instance:name in the separator column to specify the instance to upload documents to. ACC-6483. This is a mandatory upgrade.

  • New Automatic Date Options for Copy Reverse

  • Excel Add-In supports Projects in Fixed Assets in all instances.

  • Excel Add-In supports Analysis Entities in Fixed Assets, Items, Projects.

  • Payment process: transactions can be filtered by Creditor or Debtor account attributes.

  • Stricter validation of date range in HMRC Obligations, Liabilities and Payments, as advised by HMRC.

  • New Query profile in Aqilla Query API, to retrieve Stock On Hand, Allocated and Location of an Item.

  • XML API supports Personnel

  • Added Financial Online Institutions in Configuration and support for Plaid

  • Smart event recurrence: it is now possible to specify the last <day of week> in month for monthly and yearly recurrence

  • “Mandatory checkboxes” are supported - these can be used in scenarios when the user needs to agree with terms or provide consent

  • New Gadget showing Bank Balances

  • Updated On Demand Deployer, which no longer gets stuck if browser tab/window is switched to another one

  • More operations are support in Bank Transaction Import rules

  • New Add-In looks and features

    • Excel AddIn Ribbon Menu.

    • Quick Action button allows you access to your most used features.

  • Excel AddIn Installer files are now digitally signed by a Code Signing certificate. No more warning dialogs during installation

  • Company-Ledger compatibility matrix, available from the Companies,

    • Company Edit, Ledger Definitions and Ledger Definition Edit views. Allows to define which Ledgers can be used with each company and designate a default Ledger for each Company. If a default Ledger is defined for a Company, then switching to this Company automatically switches the Ledger as well.

  • A clearer message is now displayed when an account cannot be deleted due to it being a Payment or Commitment account in other accounts
