Information about Subscriptions
We bill 30 days in advance and our subscription billing process is based on an automated user count at the beginning of the month, therefore if you foresee any upcoming changes in your user count it is always good practice to inform accounts@aqilla.com (e.g. resignations, auditors, maternity leaves etc.) of this
You have 7 days from the date of your subscription invoice to notify us of any change in user numbers for the month ahead.
Tips for managing users:
IF you disable a user please check that they have been disabled on all your instances (instance = https://aqilla.net/[your_instance_name]) or they will still count as users and be picked up by the automated user count on which our billing system relies
IF you create users across instances then Login, Username and User type (Pro, Core or Line of Business) need to be the same across all instances any variations of these will be counted as another user by the automated user count on which our billing system relies
Pay attention to capitals, lower case and spaces for Login and Username they need to be identical or they will be counted as different users by the automated user count on which our billing system relies
Please find attached your Aqilla Subscription invoice for September. As this is your first Aqilla invoice could you kindly advise us of a generic email address for your accounts/finance team should you not be the correct recipient for payables.
