Sharperlight Troubleshooting

The Sharperlight MS Excel Add-in loads into MS Excel and makes the Query Builder available in MS Excel to create query formulas. This Add-in must be registered in MS Excel and when loaded it will display a Sharperlight XL menu. Registration of the Sharperlight MS Excel Add-in is attempted during the Sharperlight install, however the add-in can sometimes unload when MS Excel becomes unstable. The Sharperlight XL tab (shown below) may disappear.

If the Sharperlight XL Add-in does drop out of MS Excel, run:

This will reinstate the Sharperlight MS Excel Add-in.

Make sure to close Microsoft Excel before running the executable and then re-open Excel to confirm that the Sharperlight XL menu is visible.
